Communication With a Mankind Point of View

Saturday, May 21, 2016, the California Writers Club, Sacramento Branch proudly presents Alai at the Luncheon Meeting. His topic is “Communication With a Mankind Point of View”.
Alai is a prize winning novelist, poet, and editor of Science Fiction World. He is most often referred to as the most popular novelists on Tibetan culture, though he notes that he “writes for all mankind, as we should not always analyze life from an ethnic perspective.” His historical novel Red Poppies won the Mao Dun Prize for Literature in 2000. He will share his knowledge of how to reach across the borders of our readers’ minds and our creative minds.

- Cost is $17 for members, $20 for nonmembers

The restaurant is located just east of Hazel Ave. at the northeast end of the Nimbus Winery complex along Highway 50. Cattlemens offers CWC a spacious meeting room with free WiFi, quality AV equipment, free off street parking and excellent food.
