America’s Pet Edu-Tainer
Pet expert and best-selling author Arden Moore has gone to the dogs—and cats—and couldn’t be happier. Known as “America’s Pet Edu-Tainer,” Moore helps millions better understand why dogs and cats do what they do.
Moore wears many collars in the pet world: author, magazine editor, animal behaviorist and host of the weekly radio show, “Oh Behave!” on www.PetLifeRadio.com. Her radio show guests have included actress Betty White, author Dean Koontz, computer guru Steve Wozniak, Cesar Milan of The Dog Whisperer TV show and Garfield creator Jim Davis. She has written 19 books on dogs and cats, including the best seller Real Food for Dogs that was the number six best-selling book on Amazon.com in 2007. She also completed national book tours in 2007 and 2008. Moore travels all over North America as an in-demand public speaker.
Moore created an online pet community site www.FourLeggedLife.com to help people “laugh, love and learn” about the many benefits companion animals bring to our lives.
Moore’s topic for our meeting will be “Surviving and Thriving as a Pet Author in this Crazy Social Media World.”
She happily shares her Oceanside home with her rescue animals, dogs Chipper and Cleo and cats Zeki and Murphy.
