For a limited time, new members joining the Sacramento Branch of the California Writers Club (CWC) will receive a free premium offering ― Grant Faulkner’s hardbound book, PEP Talks for Writers. Join by September 30 to claim your copy!
It’s just one resource to advance your writing resume as you begin your journey with the state’s most historic writing community, a statewide non-profit going back more than a hundred years.
The Sacramento Writers group, CWC’s first expansion chapter and more than 92 years old itself, holds monthly meetings with renowned speakers on the writing craft, marketing your work, and practicing your pitch to agents.
This free gift of “52 Insights and Actions to Boost Your Creative Mojo,” written by the executive director of National Novel Writing Month (NanNoWriMo), will show you ways to banish your inner editor, dive into your work with creative abandon, write boldly on the page, and develop your self-confidence.
When you join Sacramento Writers, start exploring the benefits that will help you:
- Advance your writing resume
- Remove the rough edges around your writing
- Break down barriers to getting published
- Get feedback from a critique group
- Stay in touch with industry trends
- Build your writing platform and be discovered
The club offers two main categories of membership: Active Membership for published writers, and Associate Membership for aspiring writers – both at $65 ($45 in annual dues and a one-time set-up fee of $20).
Use this application and return it to CWC, Sacramento; P.O. Box 1231; Orangevale, CA 95662.
