| Biography | I am excited to announce the publication in March, 2012 of Disaster & Triumph: Sacramento Women, Gold Rush Through the Civil War, a California history. Also, an article “An Unlikely Heroine” in the March/April issue of The History Channel Magazine. I previously published 52+ articles in Working World, a Los Angeles regional magazine, where I was a contributing editor listed on the masthead, + 4 articles in Sacramento’s California Job Journal, writing as Cheryl Carmichael. VP Programs, CWC – Sacramento, since 2007. Born, raised, & back home in Sacramento since 2/2000 after living several years in Los Angeles. I graduated from CSU Northridge, B.S. in Business, and worked in the LA entertainment industry for independent TV producers.
